Branding - Improve logo size and resolution on transactions
Ability to add bigger better quality logo's at the top of the body of invoices sent as emails.
132 px x 37 px ends up so tiny and always blury (I have tried all formats but some sort of extra compression is going on in the backend. Don't look so good for us graphic designers ;-)ps: screen shot attached so you can see where I mean, designscope logo always blury :-(

add hierarchy to the Bill structure - add date to Bill item lines
As a single director, I need to create internal monthly bills that contains car mileage, home usage and expensed costs. At the moment I need to create a bill per transaction and two entries per car mileage in order to reclaim the VAT (Crazy!).
Much better to add a simple Bill structure that enables each item to have a date which can then accommodate monthly detailed internal Bills.
It just needs to an optional field (e.g. date) in each item line within the Bill.
The workaround for imported old data is to use the Inventory Code but you can change…

receipt transaction
I have a Monzo business account that's reconciled with Xero. When I upload the receipts to Monzo they don't come over into Xero. Are you planning to add this as a feature? If not with Monzo do you offer this with any other accounts like Pleo? It would be good to attach the receipts in Monzo as they happen as they show in Monzo straight away.

Inventory Code - Make automatic change of description, price etc when the inventory code is changed optional
It makes no sense to always automatically change the description, price etc when the inventory code is changed.
Make this "feature/bug!" optional, very simple to implement and makes XERO more flexible.

Demo Company - Clear ALL, don't reset, optional data reload and cloning
This idea has been raised again and again but XERO isn't listening!!!
The demo company is a great idea, but it makes no sense to automatically reload all the "duff" data every 30 days.
It's VERY simple to achieve a very useful and flexible feature, by....
1) Be able to clear all the data in the Demo Company
2) Make the 30 day reload of useless data optional

User Roles - Create a user role that can only access certain bank/debit card/petty cash accounts.
For example, be able to add a user that can access and reconcile debit card accounts and the petty cash account, without having access to the current account. Therefore, the user wouldn't be able to access the bank balance or salary payments etc.

Repeating bills - Due date options to include 'working days' not just 'calendar days'
I have a repeating bill that is set up with the due date 14 days after invoice date. This is fine except the date calculated is 14 calendar days and the bill is actually due after 14 working days. Is it possible to have an option that allows for working days rather than calendar days?

Notification | Send to REPLY TO email when quote accepted
When a customer accepts a quote via the link the email is sent to the users email address - suggestion is to have it sent to the REPLY TO email address and / or the USERS address.

New Invoicing - Time stamp in History & Notes
In the classic invoicing history, we can see the date and timestamp, this is not available in the new invoicing - see attached screenshots.
We use this time stamp a lot for trouble shooting - like what time or XPM and what time was the invoice approved. This helps if there is an integration problem or double up, or payment query.

Our product team recently released an update so you can view more detail in history such as where an issue or due date has changed or total amounts of the invoice have changed and who these were made by. We have more improvements coming for history and notes in new invoicing and will share more as it's made available, here.

Reports - Include paid date (as per history)
It would be great if we could run a report for payments actually made in an exact date range, therefore not payments that have been reconciled and marked as paid on a certain date but the payments that were actually paid in the bank during a period.
Currently there is no actual report that can be run and it seems so simple. Like a bank statement but with all of the details from the 'Bills to Pay' invoice section ie. Invoice no; paid date; description and amount.

You can add a filter for the type of transactions (like payments) that you'd like to view and the date noted in history will be the date the action was made in Xero.

No Capital Gain from Fixed Asset Disposal
Right now it's not possible to remove the Capital Gain line from the disposal journal when the sales price is more than the original purchase price.
This means, that if you have a motor vehicle that you sold for higher than it's purchase price, the Fixed Asset register will not let you dispose of this asset without recording a capital gain - even though motor vehicles have no capital gains tax on them.
This issue needs to be fixed.

Payroll - Activity Details report with a row per employee
A CSV/Excel file with headers Employee, Gross, Net, NI, giving essentially the same data as the Payroll Activity Details report, for a payrun, but in column format with one line per employee for ease of reference.
We have more than 30 employees and the Payroll Activity Details report is very long and cumbersome to reference.

Sales - Add customer purchase order and issue invoice from it
Sales - how to add customer purchase order received in Xero and issue invoice from that purchase order. This way it will be easier to track PO received from customer vis a vis the invoices issued.

Batch Deposit - Include over/pre payment when creating batch
Batch Deposits: allow adding over-payments and pre-payments to a batch deposit from the Invoice > Awaiting Payments tab.
Currently a bank deposit that includes over-payments or pre-payments will not match recorded batch deposits because over-payments and pre-payments cannot be added to batch deposits. This causes a lot of wasted time communicating with client accounting staff to understand how to reconcile the variances.

New invoicing - Change payments window from vertical to horizontal
On the new invoicing screen - when adding payment. Can the box run horizontally as opposed to vertically then we will be able to use the tab function to move between boxes?
Also I think reference is an essential box and needs to visible here (and you don't have to click + to get it) when entering a payment, but also on the bank reconciliations screen where you have to "Add details" for that box to appear.
All we want is efficient workflow.1 voteHi Audrey, appreciate your feedback however I do want to confirm that in it's current form you are able to tab between the fields of the Payment window. If you'd like to enter something in a field press enter and this will open the selection, then tab to get to the next option. This includes reference - once highlighted press enter and this'll open the reference field for you to enter detail
