  2. In the last week the ability to add multiple tasks to new employees has been taken away, you can still add all jobs but without the ability to add all tasks or some as well that feature is now useless.

    please can you tell me why this has been removed and bring it back asap. I have staff unable to complete time sheets at the moment.

  3. I wanted to put a suggestion that when hubdoc is getting the totals, that they get the correct total and maybe even a prompt when it is unsure of the subtotal and total. I have had a few issues come up where hubdoc is bringing in the incorrect total.

  4. 2 decimal places in Hubdoc is not enough. It must match Xero's 4 decimal places.

    I have had to stop recommending Hubdoc to businesses that use item/inventory functions in Xero. Many businesses buy and sell products to the 4th decimal place. When you are dealing with large numbers 2 decimal places are significant. Users have become frustrated with having to do rounding line items and other fixes just to ensure the correct total price/quantity is captured in Xero.

  6. Improve the look of the client signatures on document packs. Particularly with the financial statements, it includes a date and a name but this already is present on the document.

    If we could have different elements for name, signature and date that would make it look clearer.

  8. HUBDOC Sorting Alphabetical Feature needed PLEASE. Wishing to request an extra sort option under the "Sort by" button above the "Processing", "Review", "Failed", "Archived" tabs. Currently we have "Upload Date", "Bill Date", "Due Date" & "Amount" options. We create a statements folder for each month and when we're trying to check off the statements with whats in Xero report that is sorted by alphabetical order it would be practical. Also its good to allocate suppliers in the review tab in alphabetical order too if you have a huge number to do then you are compartmentalising that supplier and all the…

When we set up a new lead and allocate it to an owner, the activities should auto allocate to the owner, instead it is setting to the responsibility of the admin person setting up the lead resulting in additional time taken to reallocate each of the the activities causing unnessary time consumption

As XPM integrates with FYI workflow, and you can toggle between viewing a workflow by jobs or by task, it would be a massive help if when importing annual compliance job templates with pre-defined tasks, you can define the task start and due date as part of the import and not have to individually go through and update these once the jobs have deployed.

    Hey community - just popping back in to re-open this idea 😊

    Our previous update confirmed this was possible for users in Australia, however the bulk of this group is based in the UK, where this feature is not available.

    As such, we'll be shifting this back to 'Submitted' to continue to collect votes around this feature in a UK Tax context.

  12. Could you please add the option to do GST returns Semi-Annually? in Xero Reports

  13. In the new job manager Adhoc jobs no longer appear in the all jobs list.

    As part of our Adhoc time review we would turn an Adhoc job into a regular job by changing the name, adding a budget, updating date etc. We have just done this for 50 jobs but they don't appear in the all jobs list.

    There needs to be a way to turn an adhoc job into a regular job. Creating a new job and moving time is an unnecessary step when an adhoc job appearance doesn't look any different to a regular job.

  16. Is it possible to get the total of the VAT due/refund on the VAT report in Xero for a period. Currently one have to do a calculation to see the VAT due/refund. Or have to generate the VAT201 report to see the amount due.
    Ideal one would like to see the VAT due outomatically calculated as well as die balance of the VAT control account on one report. See attachement for an example.

  18. We need a report that is cash basis and can have number of items sold during a time period. This report also needs revenue totals and allow a tracking category. Essentially this is to produce a report to determine Royalties that are due on some products that are sold.

  20. When doing a CTR for a client that has an ARBN. There is no ARBN field to enter this detail for our client.
    Can you please create a ARBN field and for this to pull from the clients details onto the CTR - as per the attached screenshot of the CTR
