  1. Make a schedule for allocating partner income and tax credits allocations with a total giving the ability to allocate income on the one page. Currently you have to go into each partner schedule. There is not always an even split of income and with many partner entities it is very time consuming.

  2. Xero HQ report templates overwrite the order of accounts to alphabetical when accessed at a client. The report templates are in the correct part of the financial statement for the client, but then it defaults to alphabetical order. This requires you to change the order for each client, even though it was done at the HQ level.

  3. Please add a column in Xero HQ, not unlike "unreconciled items" that notes the STP status of connected Xero organisations. Options to flag in this column are "STP 2 not setup", "[Year] Finalisation outstanding".

  5. PLS Report (EFT Reconciliation Report): Currently it merges first two fields of client name and surname and if that could be fixed with ability to export in .csv / excel please. It would be great if it PLS report could be exported in TrustEasy format to manage fee from refund (attached).

  7. Would be great to create a report in XPM that shows client bank details so we can identify clients that are missing bank details and need to be followed up. This would also avoid the issue with tax returns being lodged with no bank details recorded.

  8. When requesting a transfer of the subscription, display a list of current users so that one can be "ticked" / selected as the receipient. As generally these are the clients anyway.
    This would ensure correct details, as the user name and email address is already in Xero.

  10. I'm completing my first Trust ITR for 2024, and inputting info into the new Trust Income Schedule.

    The Non-PP income flows through to Item 8, but the Capital Gain isn't flowing through to Item 21...

    WHY do you insist on SO MUCH double entry??!?

    It's not even throwing an error, like the 'Managed Fund' schedule does in an Individual ITR??

    Appreciate the conversations here. The other idea linked in this conversation that we delivered on was for the ability for information to flow from the Trust Return(TRT) to Individual Returns(ITR) which is facilitated with the Trust Income Schedule,

    This is slightly different in that you're wanting information from the CGT worksheet to flow through to a TRT.

    Right now non ITR's will need to create a CGT worksheet after the Trust Income Schedule, we appreciate wanting to see further improvement in this space for non ITR's to create a CGT event in a worksheet. It's something we looking to implement in the future but don't have a timeframe on atm. I'll let you know here if there are any changes. Thanks

  11. In the Transfers screen, Need a filter option on the Return State column to save having to move from page to page of results to find all the Assessed ones (even after having sorted by that column)

The ability to format workpaper queries - currently when you type in a query you can enter paragraphs and do simple formatting or spacing out of the query to make it more readable, but as soon as you close the query, any spacing out of the query is lost and all the words run into each other making queries difficult to read.

  13. It would be great is XPM could have the ability to have multiple timers open / useable at once, so I can stop, start and resume between tasks as you pick up / put down. This was a great feature of MYOB AE.

  14. Force Hubdoc to move documents into review. Often there is a document that has failed, and despite the price, supplier, date, etc, all being clearly visible in the document, it still fails. After filling in all the details I would like a way to 'force' it into review so I can leave it ready in the list to look at. Either this or give a valid reason why it has failed. Often almost identical documents fail or go into review for no reason

  17. Hubdoc. Options to post to Xero are Purchase, Spend money, Invoice (AP) and credit note.
    Can we have a received money option as well please so that I can enter say bar takings from an end of day till report straight to the Tills cash reconciliation report.?

    Thanks for all your engagement on this idea. We understand that the option to post receive money transactions from Hubdoc is important to all who've supported this, however we want to be transparent that this isn't a feature we're currently working on.

  18. On the timesheet entry page, allow users to type keywords in the "Job" section and show search results.
    At present you have to click the dropdown, which lists all open jobs, and then find the job you are working on.

  19. Sync clients grouped in Xero Green to Xero Blue. Currently groups can be created in Xero Green and Xero Blue independently but are not synced or linked. It would be efficient and helpful to sync the groupings we have created in Xero Green across to Xero Blue.

    Looks like your idea my have been cut off here, Oliver - Is there any more detail you'd like to share with this? While the Income by Contact report will show totals, you can easily click on an amount which will drill down to the contact activity for that period.
