  1. Getting people's names correct is table stakes.

    My name has an accent on the e - Rémi - but it comes up on XPH as "Rémi". I would not want my staff's names, or client names, appearing amiss. Not sure if this would then flow through to invoices.

  2. In the old XPM we could bulk update client addresses for a client group, this functionality appears to have dropped off the new version, can we have it back please?

    Hi everyone, we appreciate the feedback we've received on this change and while this was an intentional change this is something our product teams are monitoring feedback of very closely and considering improvements around in the new clients experience.

    While we can't make any commitments atm I will be certain to share any plans with you all here.

  3. Prior to the update, using a third party application for propsals/job setups, would imbed a URL link to the job, so you could confirm tasks and prices that were proposed. You could select the link, and it would take you to the document, but now, you need copy and paste the link in the browser? What happened to this feature? Specifically, this has happened for the Practice Ignition platform.

  4. All, Draft,Completed,Approved, To sign etc... each of these are now on the left side instead of the old version of them on the top - which is fine. BUT

    In the old version I could see I had 10 to approve and the admin team could see they have 12 to send out. Can we have the numbers back?

  5. The ability to select multiple tax returns that are completed and have the quick action to approve or move it to out to sign or to sign state in the old Xero Practice Manager - Tax Manager is great. Unfortunately, this was removed in the new Beta version. Please bring this back.

    It's annoying to file a tax return we need to open one by one. Ok if we only have 1 or 2. At some point we can have more than 10 returns to lodge at the same time.

    Hi team, appreciate all the sharing on bulk actions in Tax Manager. It is helpful to hear how this impacts your workflow when managing multiple returns.

    Our team is keeping a close eye on feedback around Tax Manager and exploring ways to bring the ability to select and action multiple tax returns at once to life.

    We’ve moved this idea to In Discovery. We recommend keeping an eye on this Xero Central article for more information on what’s coming next in Tax Manager. We’ll keep you posted as things progress, and your votes and comments continue to show us how important this is for the community.

  6. Clients, jobs, contacts etc should be clickable in all areas of XPM. Im in a job, and the client is displayed to the right, I can't click it to go to the client record. Likewise, on timesheets, clients and jobs should be clickable. This saves a large amount of time.

  7. Time summary on home page. It would be great if we could have a seven day view on the main page as not all work is completed within traditional business hours.

    I was sure that it showed me seven days last week but I am wondering if this updates if there are weekend entries?

    Appreciate your feedback, Kerry. Currently the time summary widget is based around capacity which is only Mon-Fri. However, our product team are keen to get a better sense of interest around this and will be keeping a watchful eye on the support in this idea.

    Thanks for sharing what would make the new Xero partner Hub homepage more useful to you. For now we'll get a sense of the interest from other users in a widget like this. Our product team are monitoring these ideas closely and I'll share if there are any updates.

  9. A function to create tasks and recurring tasks to show on your dashboard, much like Google Tasks. A basic To-Do list that shows recurring tasks that you need to complete every month for each client. This links in with XPM as a CRM system.

    We'll start to track the support in this here. As you'll have seen our product team are highly engaged with the feedback coming in on this and I'll make sure to let you know if there are any updates for this in the works.

  10. The Jobs List on the Old Home Page is a useful tool as it shows the status of Jobs allocated to you with out having to navigate away. This is important when more than one member of staff is allocated to a job. Allows you to know when to review or if a job has been sent for approval without navigating away from the home page.

  11. It would be AMAZING if we could have some useful management reports, like monthly Team Performance by staff member with KPI data (write offs $, write off %, ROI, Average charge rate, total invoiced, closing WIP) and Practice Performance over the same metrics :)

    Also some dashboard widgets that show these metrics personal to the user on their home page.

  14. Job Notifications - new notifications do not open up until you open an existing job (so we do not know that they are even there until you open the job)..Suggest Job Notifications should open when entering Job Manager (i.e. One level up).

    Hi Glennis, Milestones aren't available from the new Xero Partner Hub homepage, however if you'd like to use this you can still switch back to the old Dashboard.

    Right now our product team are watching the feedback through this forum closely, and we'd like to gauge the interest from others for this on your idea.

  16. The Timesheet Entry pop up on the right side of the page, Cannot be minimised outside of the Home page screen. So if you toggle to a client or to correct a job and happen to have not closed it, you can't then close it without returning to the main home screen. Despite the Cross in the corner, this appears not to work.

  17. The beta has "Recent Organisations" in the dropdown under the practice name, but nothing is coming up and there is no ability to search.

    Please can we have this reinstated - I don't want to have to go to the clients screen or Xero HQ to get to a client's Xero file every time I open up XPM

  19. Reports is now buried under Practice, can we please have it back on the main blue bar. We use it a lot and now there is more clicks. It would be amazing if we could edit the bar ourselves - what we find important might be different for someone else. Like settings, can we have a settings cog on the blue bar - maybe near the profile?

    Hi team, thank you for feeding back to us about the selection of reports on the navigation with us here.

    For the time being we're continuing to track interest in having reports as a top level menu but this is not something we have direct plans of.

    With regards to the favourite of reports in the new Xero Partner Hub. I recently provided an update on this idea - Our team have made an improvement so you can now Favourite reports from your My reports tab of the Practice reports builder and these'll appear within the Favourites section of the Practice drop down menu.

    Similarly, if you previously favourited reports in the old experience these should now be showing from the Practice drop down.

  20. It would be great to see which clients still needed their GST returns filed by a specific due date. This way we could preempt any returns not filed before the due date.
