User roles - Give users with Invoice Only Access option to change online payments
Our administrator generates our invoices and has Invoice Only Access, we need her to be able to change whether an invoice is paid by GoCardless or not, one of our company owners has to do this at the moment which is an inconvenience, please change so users with Invoice Only Access have the ability to change online payments.

Xero Accounting app - Organisation Switching in "Share/Context" menu
Introduce the ability on the Xero Mobile app to switch between "organisations" in the context menu of the operating system.
I have 4 different Xero entities that I need to upload receipts to, and to have to go into the app each time change the organisation before I can upload is time consuming.

MFA - Allow setup of Multi-Factor Authentication on first Login
Currently, when you invite a brand new user to Xero who has never used Xero before:
1) on first log in you need to register for Xero & set password
2) on second log in, it asks you to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA)It would be great if MFA could all be set up in the first log in as it creates confusion for the new user on the second log in. User role - Invoice only user to issue payment by cheques
Invoice Only : User role - I would like more options assigned to this role. So they can issue payments by cheque. Similar to an accounts payable role. Currently, this user cannot issue cheques, even though Xero states this user can pay bills.

MFA - Option to switch between devices in Xero Verify
Changing MFA devices for Xero Verify brings over your accounts but on the Xero Identity Account page, when you attempt to change the device it makes you re-set up the account / code in Xero Verify. Would love to just have a 'change linked device' with a drop down of devices that have Verify attached to the account.

Export - Option to export data in CSV UTF-8
Export in CSV UTF-8 or excel file as opposed to CSV comma delimited. Or have the option to choose what format the file is downloaded in as opposed to it having to be csv comma delimited.
Reasoning: We utilise characters in our Xero that currently doesnt export out correctly e.g. "é’é¾ é¦™ç±³". This problem would be eliminated if we could export the file format as either excel or CSV UTF-8. Xero as a system supports the upload of these characters and displays them absolutely fine on the webpage, which is why we have decided to move to your system, but…

User Roles - Restrict the ability to edit approved invoices
There is a significant risk to accuracy allowing the ability to edit an approved invoice without further approval from a higher access tier to what is already provided.
We have experienced a number of clients sending out the invoices to their clients and then editing the invoices, resulting in differences between the original invoice and that on the system. There is no real audit detail either.
Therefore, the request is to consider introducing an additional access level restricting the editing / amending of documentation after approval.

When using the back arrow or clicking on the x - can we have a message to say...
Leaving the Page? Changes you have made may not be saved. Leave / Cancel.
This is to omit leaving a page without saving your work.

Organisation Settings - Pull 'Organisation type' from Companies House API
When setting up a new Xero organisation, in Organisation Settings we are being asked for organisation type and registration number. it should be possible, especially for Limited Companies, to pull their details which are stored on statutory register via the API by reference to registration number.

Dashboard | Tax & Reporting - controlled by Subscriber/Partner
Having a Tax Reporting widget available where a Xero Partner is the subscriber rather than the file being set up on the website. This would allow accountants and bookkeepers who set up and share files with clients the ability to highlight 'important' reports we want our clients to look at on the dashboard and is also a useful shortcut for us as well

Xero Dashboard - Sticky headings across other Xero pages
Hi there! Really loving the "sticky headers" in the new reporting - just so much easier to use and navigate. I wondered whether it would also be beneficial to implement something similar on the other Xero functions. Namely for employee details. Often, I would find that I would click a tab, scroll down and not find the information I was looking for (because it was actually in another tab facepalm), then I would have to scroll back up to the top of the page to select the right tab. Customers in the UK can set up direct bank transfer as a payment method for GBP bills to quickly and securely pay bills. Funds are transferred from your bank account by Crezco using open banking. The availability of open banking in the UK has enabled us to offer this on-platform. 🙂- Read more on our Blog

Workpaper
Currently in the new workpaper, all users can delete others comments/ notes. This should be restricted. We have preparers deleting, editing reviewers' review points.

JAX access approved by admin not subscriber
We should not have to contact our accountant (subscriber) to verify our organisations agreement to use JAX. An organisation admin should be able to do this.

My Xero - Ability to view Bills, Sales Invoices and Unreconciled Bank Transactions across all Xero files/entities you are a user of
I am a Xero user (not Practice Hub/XeroHQ) with user access to 33 Xero files. Each day I need to go into each individual Xero file if I want to check what Bills are coming due or outstanding sales invoices. Would it be possible to improve the My Xero screen which shows all the Xero files I have access to to be more like a dashboard showing what is outstanding/due and what tasks are needed across all Xero files. Thanks :)
