we have multiple brands in our business and this feature is critical for us.
Very unprofessional and confusing for the customer receiving invoices from our parent brand - need this feature sorted asap

I would like to have this issue escalated. I use Xero with multiple organisations, the issue has raised as more than one desk user is logging on / sending emails.
I believe it is a basic request, probably surprised that it remains unresolved.

Please seriously revisit this problem it is generating a lot of hassle internally

This simple flaw in Xero is seriously hampering our business.

Emails generated by desk ie admin@, should be separate from accounts@.Currently it appears that organisation structure is one email. Especially is this useful when login user is using their personal email account ie bookkeeper. They represent a desk within the organisation and should be able to generate that desk email as reply to.

Not having the facility to use separate emails for invoices/statements (accounts@...), quotes/invoices (sales@...) and PO's (orders@...) is seriously hampering our business and preventing us from using Xero fully for quotes/invoices/POs.

Would also be helpful if payslips were able to have the organisations email. Presently the reply to email is the users personal email log in, if all the other sections of Xero (ie sales, remittances etc) can use the organisation email, why not payroll? Is this Xero just half finishing a job again?

We like to send quotes from 'sales' and invoices and statements from 'accounts'. Since we started using Xero our work around is to send the quote emails from Xero email to our 'sales' mailbox and then forward from there, so its a bit of a fudge, too many clicks, different systems etc.

It would be good to have the ability to select the sender address directly in Xero, rather than use our 'fudge' workaround.

Needs to happen ASAP. Need to be able to send quotes from one email and receive accounts and bills to another.

Yes please. All our invoicing comes from our Accounts email but I need to send my Quotes correspondence from another.

This feature would allow our sales staff to send Quotes using their individual email addresses (maintaining a neat chain of communication with the customer), whilst still allowing our central 'accounts' email address to be used for billing, statements etc. A no-brainer!

Yes, this feature is must and should be introduced ASAP.

This is absolutely a must-have feature and almost a dealbreaker if it's not integrated soon.

We converted three xero data files for three separate businesses into one file to use tracking. Only to discover we could not invoice from separate email addresses for each business. We now have to unwind everything and go back to the inconvenience and added cost of using three files. Not happy is an understatement.

I need payslips sent from payroll@. Payroll queries are going to my logged in email address and not seen by our other team members on my days off (I'm part time) this is a huge issue as pay issues need to be corrected urgently.

Not having this feature is starting to create a lot of issues for us as well...It is looking very unprofessional on our part as well.

I agree that this would be a very good addition to the system, also when sending purchase orders it would be easier to send the order directly to the sales team. At the moment I print to file then send a separate email, which is a pain.
