Hi Kelly, thanks for the screenshots. Seeing as this email is sent by ApprovalMax we'd recommend connecting with their support to see if this is something they can change or would consider extending their integration for. Many of our app partners designed and built their integrations with Xero themselves and are best placed to confirm how this works and make changes to it.

Hi team, we appreciate and thank everyone for feedback. While we began a roll-out for the notification changes mentioned in my last update, as shared in some of the recent comments this resulted in a fair amount of noise for some customers inbox.
We've made the decision to turn off the recent notifications changes.
We'd like to provide more controls around this so users can set a preference, however this does require a fair amount of work and not something we're able to do right now.
Please know we have keen eyes on this idea and when we're in a position to progress this again I'll share news with you all here. Thanks

Please allow the ability to copy text from an invoice when uploading to Hubdoc. I have to have a PDF open as well, so I can copy/paste information from the invoice into Hubdoc.
Not being able to copy/paste means there is more room for error, as you have to type out each detail.

Hi community, we totally get why you'd like to easily track partially received goods or services against a single purchase order, and to see the remaining balance within Xero.
With the new Purchase orders experience that’ll be coming soon, our team has paid close attention to the flows and different needs in managing supplier goods that have been expressed through product ideas.
Our team is looking to solve needs for tracking partial amounts received, so we’ll keep you updated of progress surrounding this here. 🙂

While only on an invoice by invoice basis atm there is a slightly simpler option that the team released that will help create a packing slip for invoices.
Would be good to get a sense of the interest for a bulk option and creating for multiple invoices at once.

Please add the function to use your arrow keys to move up down, left right around lines, within purchase orders and invoices. This will allow for better movement and the ability to copy/paste information into each section

Please allow the ability to click invoices you want to change, and then bulk edit. You should be able to change date, expenditure codes, project codes, description, etc as a bulk edit . This would save a lot of time if you are repeating the same details on each invoice.
