  3. UK. We employ temporary staff who do not accrue leave while taking paid leave they have previously accrued. The only way to reflect this in Xero is to manually adjust the leave balance. I would like to be able to add a pay item of paid leave that does not accrue further leave.

  5. When doing a catch up job it takes forever to have to click into each pay run then back into pay employees and repeat. It would be great to be able to tick each one on the payroll > pay employees screen and then submit all at once.

  6. It would be useful to see a breakdown of the time assigned to each task within a project, rather than just a list of the time entries in date order. Seeing the overall time on the task page is useful, but being able to delve into that would be more useful.

  7. The mobile app’s new transaction notifications are Bank dependent. Why? You have to write code for every individual bank in the world just so the app will notify a user that a new transaction needs to be reconciled? Rewrite the code so this works automatically for everyone. It’s crazy the way you have it now.

  8. On an invoice search from 'All' or 'Paid' Invoices - it would be useful to able to select any or all invoices, and see the £ total of the items selected. This function exists in the Invoices 'Awaiting Payments', and 'Drafts'. On the 'Paid' invoice section, you can select the invoices but it does not show you the total £, only number of items selected. From the 'All' section there is no ability to select any invoices. It would be great if in all sections where you wanted to you can select any / all invoices and it calculates the…

  9. I haven't yet been able to determine what order checks print selected bills in, and they seemingly change their sort order if you select them to print again. Is there a way to control the order they print in to come out alphabetically by payee, so that we can more efficiently match them up to the letters they need mailed out with? Or, have a way to select how you want them sorted (i.e. by payee, memo, etc.) on the Pay by Check screen when printing multiple bills?

  11. I will like an option that will force customer to register to Auto Pay.

    All our customers agreed to use Auto Pay and most of them "forgets" or "don't see" the Auto Pay checkbox option. So, what happens, they pay thinking they have subscribed to Auto Pay.

    This option will make our billing management so much easier.

    A quick fix to that issue could be the following:
    When they select the button "Set up auto pay", then the Auto Pay checkbox should at least be already selected.

  13. Would like to add add decimals (up to 4) in the bank rule feature for the tax rates (otherwise I need to manually change all the amount of my reconciliations which is time consuming).

    For instance at the moment we can input 102.15% but not 102.1451% which is what I would like to have.

  15. Supplier and customer ledger - to be able to pull a supplier/ customer ledger, instead of pulling reports per contact. This would be ideal if it can be pulled for a certain period, to see all suppliers'/ customers' opening balances, movements and closing balances per supplier/ customer, all on one document.

  17. There are a lot of businesses in The Philippines that would benefit from bank feeds. Even if you cover BPI, BDO and Union Bank I’m sure they would fund the development costs.

    This combined with BIR accreditation would see XERO as the leading accounting product in a country of over 110 million people.

    Are there specific banks you're connected to and would like to see a feed developed for? It'd be good to get this detail that we can share with our product teams.

    Also to help community members understand exactly what they're supporting, as well as share these back internally with our teams it's best to keep one idea per thread - I've updated the idea here for Bank Feeds for Philippines and we can make this even clearer if you confirm which banks.

  18. Before the update there were two greyed out boxes, when hovered over revealed the employee full salary and earnings to date - this was very handy when the salaries are based on an hourly rate. Where has this function gone? and can we have it back please.

  19. If a pay increase is implemented across the board then currently, the only way to amend employees salary amount is to enter each record manually. If you have a large number of employees this is extremely time consuming.

    If a salary scale was used and assigned to employee records, it could be uplifted by a percentage and all records would automatically update.

  20. GST - where an entity trades in different tax jurisdictions, allow the file to create the ability to manage GST for different countries (different GST codes) in separate GST accounts and not all consolidated into one GST account.
    eg if an entity trades in Australia and New Zealand, you can have an Australian GST account and a NZ GST account to make reconciliation and completion of BAS easier.
