Bank Reconciliation Report - Ability to run for multiple bank accounts at once
In the new format Bank Reconciliation report, can we please add a 'select' option for the bank account field, similar to the 'Account Transactions' report and how we can 'select' multiple CoA codes to look at at the same time?
I have a client that has 30+ bank accounts, and having to run the bank reconciliation report 30 times to check if they are reconciling/have errors is very painful.

Not sure if this is any temporary help to anyone, but I run the "reconciliation reports" (and delete the other reports) - as you can publish all the the bank accounts at once :)

I agree - this is very frustrating!

Previous report is far more useful to bookkeepers. The new report tells us very little. Agree with others that the report only shows one bank account not multiple.
Don’t fix things that work perfectly without consultation with the people that use your product.

Yes please! Don’t see the point of the new report being able to add more reports but they can only report on the same bank. Was so excited when this came out that I would be able to create a report pack with monthly reporting requested by clients of pl, bs, and bank recs - what client only has one bank/CC account?

So annoying to have to now run multiple reports then combine to get one report to send out to clients and add to my work papers. Such a waste of my time. Not sure how a single report is an improvement

Just fix it, I mean seriously

Agree with Terry - Fix the reports
Xero also needs to REMOVE the word Reconcile on the Bank Feed
It it FALSE it is only matched NOT RECONCILED -

We have hundreds of licencees at Pure Bookkeeping using the old Reconciliation Reports and the Bank Reconciliation [New Pack Report} should be able to replicate that report. This is what I was led to believe in a Demo done by Xero.

Yes, this needs to be a feature!

The new bank reconciliation report can only be run for ONE account at a time. It would be good if there could be either:-
1. The option to add in Bank reconciliation summary report for EACH account as a separate page to then save as a custom report
2. A separate 'amount' column for each bank account (similar to a cost centre option) with say only a description as a 'blue link' which can be clicked on for further information -

Yes I agree this feature would be very handy, especially now we have to export each report to pdf rather than just publishing it in xero.

Would be so much easier and i'm sure wouldn't be too difficult to create?

We have a number of bank accounts. You used to be able to run the report for all bank accounts together. Having to run them individually is not efficient!

This is a monumental Flaw in this report !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It is imperitive thatwe can do this "new" reconciliation report for MULTIPLE BANK ACCOUNTS _ how is it a good idea that we do this 20, 30 or 40 sSEPERATE TIMES.
*************PLEASE DO NOT , repeat NOT remove the GOOD, EFFECTIVE "old" reports until this is corrected

Yes, please would be handy

Yes, this would be very helpful. It is very time consuming running each one individually

I would also like the keep the formatting of the Excel download the same as the old bank reconciliation report as it is easier to use as a query list for clients.

This would be massively helpful, I have tech clients who have 10+ accounts and having to export the bank rec reports for each one to accumulate into one when sending outstanding to the client is just wasted time. You can do a bank rec report as per bank account, but add on the option for all in one as well.
