    Hi Leanne, I know it's been a while since you started your idea here. However, not getting community support overtime this will soon be removed from the forums.

    Atm, there is the ability to add 'Related account' as a column in the Account Transactions report, which may meet the needs of what you're after here.

    I use Zero mostly to run payments and upload them in the bank system. I am trying to make my work easier as currently Zero has very limited features and I have to do a lot of work manually. I need to be able to download payments files from Zero in CSV or XML format and then automatically upload them in bulk in our bank system.   3. When I was paying just GST, I could file my tax return directly to the IRD from XERO. I am now paying GAP (GST and Provisional Tax) and no longer get the option to file my GST return directly from XERO - I can only file it manually, which is obviously much more time consuming. XERO, can you please make changes to your setup so that GAP payments can be filed with the NZ IRD straight from XERO. Thank you.

  4. Ability to generate Profit and Loss reports that show each month what the moving annual (12 monthly) total (MAT) is, so that an understanding of trends to income and expenditure items is over time.

    Purpose: Users can see the trend behind the immediate or current year number

    This should be possible with the ability to add custom Date columns in the reports layout editor, Geoff.

    It does require a bit of manual set up, however you could add columns for say 1 Jan - 28 Feb, 1 Jan - 31 March and so forth so you can see the accumulative total across months.

  5. Cheaper subscription for businesses not doing well.
    We have a start-up company that has struggled with sales, and one of our biggest ongoing costs to keep it afloat while we wait for an economic turn around is our Xero fees that have gone up recently to add insult to injury. When you have lots of transactions it justifies the cost but with just a few a month, if any, it’s really painful to keep paying out the same fees. Perhaps a “low transaction” or “company making a loss” or “hardship” reduced rate to help struggling businesses?
