  1. Currently there is no option as was advised by your Support Team. This will help keep most Tax Returns & Activity Statements linked to the correct jobs irrespective of how & when they are created.

  2. Would it be possible to combine the features of Custom reports (in particular the ability to set them as default reports and favourite them for access from the Reports drop-down) with Adviser reports (the ability to format using report codes and practice-wide sharing across any number of client organisations)?

    Right now, a practice has to decide between:

    Customising reports on a per-client basis - an incredibly time-consuming task to set up

    or

    Drafting an Adviser report every time - which can't be set as a default report on the Reports home screen or favourited for easy access and therefore takes…

  4. A way to have the notifications for signed packs be sent to a specific email address.
    For example:
    x creates and sends the pack but y is notified when it is signed.

  5. Being about to print multiple Tax Returns by selecting the box in Returns and having a print options, it would be amazing if you could also select to redact Tax file numbers or choose to print them.
    At the moment I need to print 17 today, I have to go into each individual client and select the tax return, select to print etc. It would save a lot of time being able to print multiples

  6. When will we have an option to update all client emails/phone numbers at the same time?
    It would be really helpful if the system would search for all 'same' emails or phone numbers and allow for these all to be updated/amended.

  7. I often have a draft bill for recurring expenses that I need to edit. When I update the amounts, it updates the total on the bottom, but it doesn't update the amount in the upper right corner (why not?), so I have to edit that as well. This creates another keystroke and mouse move that is annoying. What is the purpose of that total remaining the same after I have made the other changes? It should update automatically.

  8. It would be great if there was an 'Other' category tagging option under PPE.

  9. Would like the ability to run a report with any fields that are available for the client - not be limited because a certain field is tagged as a job or tax field. Example is having a report with client, job and tax fields all listed

  10. Capital gains tax worksheet - where an capital assets is owned by more than one person say husband and wife 50:50. If the worksheet has been prepared for one taxpayer, have an option to have this copied/ transferred to the other taxpayer similar to rent schedule.

    For property generally there could be just one item but for shares there may be huge number of CGT events.

    Hiya team, we had high hopes but unfortunately we've had to put plans for being able to copy & transfer the Capital Gains Tax(CGT) worksheet down for the intermediary.

    We still intend to bring focus to this idea over the longer term but will shift this idea back to Submitted for now until we can begin active development. As soon as there's more word to share I'll be back with an update, here

  11. When a business incorporates we cannot add the date of incorporation and therefore cannot print reports for the first year correctly without further work. For first year accounts can you look to make it so that we can have an extended first year

  12. Love Xero Tax for FRS105 but don't use it for FRS102 s1A accounts. Are there any plans to be able to select to include a SOIRE (not just a SOCE)? This is critical for a potential switchover to Xero Tax for these accounts for me.

    We've been exploring opportunities for expanding UK tax capabilities for our partners and are considering the ability to include a SOIRE for FRS102 1A accounts. We'll shift to Under review and share more when there's updates with you here. 🙂

  13. When we send out an Activity Statement, a tax return, an fbt return, etc... is it possible to CC another contact? (one that isn't required to e-sign but is required to see the return and payment information and just be kept in the loop in general)

  14. Failed Activity Statements appear to be unable to be cleared so continue to sit as an action item.

    Need to have mechanism to clear as lodged rather than having continue to sit as an item needing action forever.

  16. Where the notices are the same screen. It would be helpful if it held your sorting order. When you click on a date to accept the assessment, when you return to the list it is back in date order. I'd like to keep it in client name order.

  18. Document packs that are cancelled, send a notification to clients. it would be good to be able to cancel the document pack and have the option of whether or not to notify the client.

  19. For PSAR, you can import an empdupe file to populate everyone's PSAR information (address, tfn, dob, name, etc.)

    We want a similar function using csv import for company tax return when importing the shareholder details whom received dividends from the company in question. It was painful to manually enter 27 shareholder details and their divdiend payment through your company tax return schedule.
