Contacts - More detail per staff member required
In the Contact card, under the Contact Details tab, it would be helpful to have all contact information linked to the relevant staff member. For example, being able to associate a person's name with their job title, mobile number (or direct dial), and email address.
Currently, the email field links to a person's name, but the phone number field does not offer the same functionality - there’s no option to associate a name with the phone number. This can be limiting, especially when the staff member is a project manager or someone who primarily uses a mobile or direct line.
It would also be useful to include a Job Title field directly within the Contact Details tab. At the moment, we’re using the Notes section to manually combine these details per staff member, which isn’t ideal for consistency or quick reference.
