    Hi Stephen, appreciate your feedback from this other idea on reconciling to a statement. I've turned this into a new idea that we can begin to track in the forums here and get a sense of the community support for.

    Our product team are considering additional functionality including the ability to attach a PDF bank statement to a period however we want to be upfront that we don't have any immediate plans for it just yet. I'll keep you looped in if there are any updates.

    Hi everyone, just a quick update to let you know that we are aware of this request, and we get that having a direct bank feed for Chase Bank UK would streamline your workflow and make reconciling much easier.

    Currently, the best way to get your transactions into Xero is by manually importing your bank statements.

    For now, we’ll keep an eye on the engagement and support for this bank feed here, and let you know when we have any updates on this. 

  3. Regarding the Invoice interface on the Sent Column, perhaps can Xero make it into two instead? One is for the Validated E-Invoicing & the other one is for customer. The reason is now, when we send to MyInvoice, every thing has become "viewed" instead. So now I don't know whether my customer did view or not.

    I also suggest the MyInvoice under the Sent column, once the e-invoice validated, can it changed to "validated" instead of "viewed"? Like that we do not need to open another tab at the History and Notes to look up for it.

    In terms of the original idea, you can reply directly to the email update you received about the status if there is extra detail you'd like to share with the team - In this case I've merged your original idea with this one to keep the information all together.

  6. The email template, for example sales invoice, controls most of the email body but not all of it. If the email template starts "Hi [Client]" for example, the actual email generated automatically adds content before this, namely a logo, company name, amount and due date. I would like to be able to control this content as well, but it seems unchangeable. In contrast, the invoice template allows full control so you can apply various branding. Please can you open up all the email content to be controlled by the template.

    Hi community, I’d like to share the new Xero Central page for new invoicing that we noted was coming. 

    Along with updates to individual ideas on the site here, this page will become the one source for key feature rollouts including:

    • what’s available in new invoicing right now,
    • timelines for features and enhancements going live in new invoicing, as well as
    • a comparison table between the classic and newer versions of invoicing.

  9. I currently pay for the Standard Plan (15/month) plus Payroll (5/month) and use it for 2 payroll users.

    Under the newly unveiled pricing plans my business has been completely shafted.

    In order to use Payroll at all, I need to upgrade to the new Grow plan (33/month), already an increase of 13/month. But on top of that, that isn't even enough because you're restricted this plan to only 1 payroll user. So actually I have to jump all the way to the second from top plan which is the Comprehensive at 47/month.

    Hi everyone, thanks for sharing your feedback with us here. We've been listening and taking this all into careful consideration. As you may have recently heard, we've made the decision to provide the same flexibility on payroll in AU and UK as you could before, as well as being able to process automated super payments for employees on all these business plans in Australia.

    With these changes we'll be enabling payroll for 1 person on Ignite, and an additional for Grow (up to 2 people) similar to the Starter and Standard plans.

  10. I have observed that the timesheets section in the payroll system has been updated. However, this update appears to have introduced several questionable design choices that hinder its functionality and efficiency.

    Firstly, the employee list is not sorted alphabetically, which complicates the process of locating specific individuals. Secondly, the system no longer autofill's the default earnings rate, requiring unnecessary manual input. Thirdly, upon clicking the "Approve Timesheet" button, a redundant popup appears asking for confirmation of the approval, despite the action already being explicitly initiated.     I’d like to submit a request for an enhancement to Xero Payroll to improve the setup and management of default superannuation funds.

    Currently, when adding a default fund in Xero, there is uncertainty around what should be entered in the Member Number field. We typically process super contributions through the ATO Portal, but we would love to have the ability to do this directly within Xero.

    Specifically, we would like the ability to:

    Add a Default Fund chosen by the employer.

    Assign employees who do not have an existing super fund to this default fund.

  12. New invoicing...Very slow page load speeds to both open/create a new invoice on the new invoicing platform...and also to add a payment.

    Current wait time is 15-20 seconds per page load.

    Appreciate the short videos and can see what you're saying, Chris - Have you raised a case with our Xero Support team about the slowness in loading?

    Actual slowness in the page loading are issues that we'd like to dig into deeper as they aren't occurring for all users so it'd be good to be able to investigate one on one with our Xero Support team who can escalate if needed. Thanks

    To make sure you have access to your pay run data after the product is removed from Xero on 28 April 2026 we must have enough time to archive and store it.

  14. Please remove the invoice amount from the "New Invoicing"

    This should be optional for set templates like the classic invoicing where you could turn it off and on. It doesn't look great and prefer the older layout of the emails where you could control the layout more.

  15. When reconciling transactions and Find & Match is used, usually for multiple matches, please add an attachment button.
    In the example of one payment matched to multiple sales invoices, there is usually a remittance provided by the client that we need to file with the payment.
    We shouldn't need to go back to a reconciled transaction and manually add the remittance to each line individually.

  18. AU There was a discrepancy between GST ac balance at EOQ on the Balance Sheet & the GST refund for the end of quarter BAS. Using the GST Reconciliation report would be a lot more helpful if the Filed Amounts could actually be saved and continuously show the correct unfiled running balance amount and the section "GST Account Summary " for unfiled GST was actually correct as a cumulative balance. I just did 3.5 years worth of GST Reconciliations and nothing saved so all the running balances are wrong and don't flow correctly from one year to the next -…

  19. 1st) I suggest on embedding the Validated QR code to the normal PDF invoice so that we can print multiple invoices at one go and our normal PDF invoice also consists of banking details and credit terms whereas the Validated E-Invoicing has none of these.

    2nd) I suggest on putting "Send to MyInvois" button instead of copy and paste the e-mail MyInvois@invoi.ci for every invoice. This is too troublesome.

  20. It is impossible to us the credit card bankfeed function and allow for the credit card user to account for these expenses in Xero Me.
    Solution: allow for credit card transactions to pull through into Xero Me via automatic sychronisation. This should provide a more streamline approach to recordinng individual company card expenditure, remove time in reconciling missing receipts and remove duplication.
