Contact Notes
This would help a lot!
What :Can the notes section be made available to view from Contacts tab .
Why : You have to click on files to see it
How: If it is there I can see if I have to watch out for anything specific ..i.e rate change or new bank details

Hi team, as noted in my last update - You can already do this in Xero with the Contact additional notes field that is available when editing a contacts record, and visible from the Contact details tab of their contact record. 🙂
