Syncing to another site
I create new clients on the https://work2.fleetmatics.com/ website so that I can project manage my workflow, but whenever I create my first invoice for them, I must first sync to Xero. This is a very hit and miss affair and can take up to six attempts to push it through. Fleetmatics (now called Verizon Connect and soon to change again to Geotab) blames Xero and Xero blames Fleetmatics. I don't care whose fault it is, I just wish that in the 12 years I've been complaining about it, someone would fix it.

Thank you, I would really appreciate a resolution because this issue causes quite a bit of disruption to my workflow. I am struggling to remember if it has ever worked at the first attempt. I do notice that it is worse at the start of the day before I have raised an invoice for an existing client.
