  1. A way to have the notifications for signed packs be sent to a specific email address.
    For example:

  2. As a client who uses XPM every weekday, I wanted to provide some considered feedback on the most recent update.
    I intentionally used the updated software for several weeks before writing this, to ensure my feedback was fair and based on real, day to day use. Unfortunately, despite giving it a genuine chance, the update has not met my expectations. In my experience, the software has become less efficient and more inconvenient to use compared to the previous version, which I found to be extremely well designed.

  3. Hi,

    When completing Deceased Estate returns in Xero Tax, it seems as per the screenshot provided the newly added estimates does not calculate the Super Lump Sum Tax Offset given the complexity and nature of the Lump Sums.

    Is there a way to have Xero Tax calculate the estimate with the Super Lump Sum Tax Offset taken into consideration as it has been in the past on MYOB? This way we can obtain a more accurate estimate of the tax payable for the Trustee.

  4. We'd like the ability to import job budgets at the time of importing new jobs. The budget field seems to be a standard field for jobs, so I see there would be no reason we can't add the budget at the same time of the import.

  5. Whilst this currently auto calculates, there is no calculation in Xero to confirm the return has the correct amount. This has to be checked manually, which can leave room for errors and requires extra work by users. It would be more efficient if the system could check this.

  7. We are finding staff are regularly being logged out of XPM when they move between the 'Clients' tab & the 'Jobs' tab. When this happens it asks staff to log back in, but we are finding it is taking them to random different areas of XPM instead of back to where they were. i.e Setting up a new organisation page, in the middle of a client file etc. This appears to be a basic functionality issue that needs to be fixed.

As a UK accountancy practice based in in Northern Ireland, it would be great if our Regulatory Body, Chartered Accountants Ireland was available for us to choose as an out of the box Accountants Report. This would then allow us to use this for Company Accounts and then to use the 'default report' option for Sole Traders, who require a different type of Accountants Report.

  10. Enable reporting / export for the 'Fee from Refund' field under Tax under the Tax and Company section in clients.

    The other fields in the ax and Company section are available in the Client & Contact Report Builder, however this field is overlooked. I understand that there is a 3rd party request to have this field included in the Client API.

  12. In XPM there is currently no option for Unitholders in the Relationships section. Currently need to use either Shareholders or Beneficiaries so that information flows into Group Structure charts that receive data from XPM, neither being ideal particularly when sending that chart to banks.

    Request that a Unitholder option be added to the Rekationships.

  13. When doing a CTR for a client that has an ARBN. There is no ARBN field to enter this detail for our client.
    Can you please create a ARBN field and for this to pull from the clients details onto the CTR - as per the attached screenshot of the CTR

    Hi community, thanks for engaging with us on how the prepopulation of W1 and W2 fields would improve efficiencies when preparing and filing tax with Xero.

    We're currently working on prepopulation of these fields where these would be generated from the ATO prefill.

  17. To record details of queries sent from Xero Ask such as
    - created date
    - Who created
    - date sent
    - who sent it
    - recipients that received the query

    Appreciate wanting history for Xero Ask queries. 

    This was briefly looked into, however I do want to confirm that there are no plans for developing history for Xero Ask at this time.  

    We'll move the status of this idea back to submitted and continue to get a sense of the interest around this, here. 

  18. Since the recent updates in Nov/Dec 2025, when adding staff access to Blue Xero clients in Xero HQ, the staff list now shows ALL staff members, including those who are inactive or no longer working. Previously, only active staff were displayed.

    Having inactive and former staff appear in this list creates unnecessary clean-up work, as these users must be manually removed. Restricting the list to 'active staff only' would improve usability and reduce the risk of incorrect access being assigned.

    Hi everyone 👋 thanks for your continued feedback and for sharing your thoughts on this idea. While this idea is not currently on our development roadmap, we are always reviewing feedback to help us shape our product priorities. As a workaround for now, you can use the existing data roll-over function for client shareholders and then manually adjust the details for non-client shareholders. We'll be in touch with another update if there is any change to the status of this idea.
