Hi community, happy to share that we're in the midst of rolling out bulk adjustments! We've heard you, and appreciate that updating stock quantities 1 by 1 can be tedious especially when conducting a stock take.
With our new tool for bulk inventory adjustments you'll find finishing your stock takes faster, giving you more time back to do the things that matter.
Once available in your org, you'll be able to create, review and submit bulk inventory adjustments in-one-go, you can export and import items after a count, and you'll have an Adjustment History page where you can view historical adjustments.
If you don't quite have it just yet, look forward to seeing this soon 😊 I'll be back to confirm once it's live in all organisations. In the meantime you can read more about this feature on our blog.

Hi Kelly, and others that have joined the idea here sorry it's taken me a little to round back.
We really value the feedback we've been receiving on the visuals of the homepage and our customers feelings on the sizing and layout of widgets.
- related to sizing of widgets - we have another idea that'd also be good to vote and stay updated on
Regarding any issues on opting out - I connected with our product team, and understand there was a brief issue for a very small group of users right at the beginning of the beta that may have caused trouble for some when trying to Opt out however I can confirm this was quickly fixed and shouldn't inhibit them any longer.
However, it's worth noting that only the Subscriber can choose to opt out and this will remove the experience for everyone within that org, there is…

Thanks so much for jumping in and sharing your thoughts on this, community. We really appreciate you taking the time to explain how improvements to Hubdoc's data extraction would help you.
We see how extracting more detail could help cut down manual data entry, and it's worth highlighting that since this idea was started we've added a few enhancements that may have solved the needs for some in this idea;
- Upload in Bills - you can now drag & drop or upload bills directly to your Xero organisation which could save you an extra step not having to publish
- Credit note detection - Hubdoc can now detect when publishing a Credit Note and will get you to review the document
- Improved the accuracy of the supplier

Hi community, thanks for sharing your continued interest here. We appreciate the importance of having assurance that mail you send from Xero is being received, and that being able to send from your own company email would increase confidence in this process.
I can confirm this idea has been continually reviewed by our product teams, and being able to send from your own company email is on their radar. Currently there are other priorities, and platform work that requires their attention, before they can consider this more deeply.

Hey everyone, we've seen all your votes and comments, and we totally get it – not being able to schedule one-off invoices or pick specific send times is a real pain point. Your feedback makes it clear how much time it costs you and how it can affect your client relationships.
Right now, repeat invoice templates go some way to providing some automation. But we know that's not quite what you're asking for when it comes to those one-off invoices or more precise timing for all your emails.
The good news is, our product team is digging in to the work that'd be needed to develop a solution, and figuring out the best way to make this happen. While we can't give any promises just yet, please know that your feedback is a huge part of this discovery process. Keep those comments and votes coming!

Hi everyone, we want to share that we've released a change to history for each time an invoice is sent.
Invoice history will now show the primary recipient email whenever an invoice is sent. This includes the initial and any subsequent send of an invoice.
We appreciate this has been a pain point for everyone that's joined in the idea here and hope this visibility improves your experience in invoicing.
We'd like to confirm how this works;
- This record is only applicable from here on in, there are no updates to any historical entries for sending.
- History will show the email of the initial recipient entered in the 'To' field any emails that you include as a CC or BCC option will not be shown.
We do want to highlight, that while the email will be recorded in majority of cases, there are a few scenarios our team have picked…

Fantastic to see this has now been released onto at least one of my clients!!!
One thing I have noticed however and gives room for further improvement is that not all clients run stock adjustments through a single account code.
It would be great to have the ability to identify the account code for the adjustment in the table with the product items and not just in the header of the form.
Regardless this is a great step forward and a timesaver.
