  2. Ability to easily see which bills have not been scheduled for payment.

    There are tabs for each date that payments have been scheduled. An "unscheduled" tab would be useful, showing bills awaiting payment without a planned payment date.

    Will save users time having to sort the bills by planned date to see which ones need scheduling.

    Hi Tina, just thinking in lieu of this feature atm - To help get a view of bills that don't have an assigned planned date you can click the Planned date header to sort all bills by planned date and this will also group all bills with no planned date. 🙂

  3. When running an account transactions report, the ability to add a column to show line items that are marked as billable expenses or, a filter option to filter for billable expenses.

  4. Xero to copy billable expense lines when copying a bill or entering a new bill using 'add last items'. At the moment, the nominal lines and split detail are copied but if each line has previously been allocated to a customer as a billable expenses, this is not copied and needs re-entering line by line.

  7. In the employee card under pay template be able to organise the earnings rates in the order we prefer. For example have employees working overtime, saturday sunday and monday to friday. Being able to put the earnings in alpahbetical; order not how it is saved by Xero.

  9. Create a way of flagging or colour coding draft bills to pay. When you have some that are on hold for one reason or another and some that aren't due until a lot later in the year, rather than looking at them in drafts repeatedly if they were flagged or colour coded we could easily see to ignore them. Much like when bills are overdue in the 'Awaiting Payment' tab and coloured red. Would just be a nice option to be able to change manually in Drafts.

  10. It would be nice to see the in-depth detail of each line of the quote/invoice so when discussing with customer or using as a check sheet to see what work is outstanding or to be completed.

    currently if you have multiple lines you have to click each one until you find what you're looking for, easy to miss items you have quoted/charged for when on site,

  11. when a customer accepts a quotation it would be nice to get a notification in the app so that i know earlier that the quote has been accepted rather than finding the email in my junk mail sometimes up to a week later.....

    Hi team, while we began work on developing the ability search and sort by tasks in Projects the teams focus had to shift to other priority work and we want to be open that this has been put down for now. 

    When there is the ability to pick this back up we'll return to share with you here.

  14. It would be beneficial for an employee to record all hours worked in the timesheet including hours to be allocated as TOIL Accrual
    i.e. employee works 35 hours, 30 hours ordinary and 5 hours to TOIL accrual?
    Then when the employees wishes to take the TOIL, they submit a Leave Request as per existing functionality.

    Currently the employee needs to separately notify payroll regarding hours worked to be allocated to TOIL Accrual. And this doesn't go through the Supervisor Timesheet Approval process.

  15. Managers who have the ability to approve leave in Xero Me should be able to view historical leave requests they've approved so they can anticipate when staff are away. Currently, they cannot do this unless they have Payroll Admin access and a Xero account on a web browser. Not all managers are finance people and need to have this access.

  16. While it is possible to use Find & Recode to edit the contact, it's not currently possible to use this feature to edit line item descriptions, this would need to be done on the individual transaction themselves.
    Can XERO please look into this and bring this new feature in future to save time.

  17. Be able to integrate the payroll calendar on Xero with iCal, so approved annual leave automatically appears in my iCal without having to duplicate entries, and updates if someone changes their leave on Xero.

  18. It would be good if payroll reports could be customised, i.e. after making a change to an existing report, such as Gross To Net report, the new template could be saved as a Custom Report.

    At the moment, it isn't possible to save the updated format, so I have to make the same changes to the standard report every month.

  19. Order book:

    Ability to confirm to a customer that their quote has been accepted & processed as an order. It is either in the process of being made, or waiting in a queue of work to be done.

    As the business manager I can look at my order book on a daily basis to see which orders are outstanding and in what priority they should be completed.

    Deposits can be assigned to an order, the customer can receive a confirmation that their deposit has been received. This only needs to become an Invoice once the work is ready to be…

  20. Include the ability to set multiple pay cycles for the same employee. For example, wages are paid fortnightly but commissions are paid monthly. The dates are not aligned with the period if we use only one pay cycle.
