Bills not assigned to Projects report - Option to not show Description/text-only lines
Currently, bills show up in the report "Bills not assigned to Projects" if there is any line on the bill that is not assigned to a Project. This includes data-only text or description lines with neither quantity nor value. The screenshot attached shows the report; the bill with details showing has one of these nil-quantity nil-value lines - all the line items on that bill with either value or quantity have been assigned to the relevant Project.
I have seen elsewhere that lines in invoices can be made 'description' if there's neither quantity nor value; this should carry through to bills, and these empty lines should NOT show up in the bills to assign report with the full value of the bill listed against them.
Thanks for the idea and including a screenshot, Freya. This isn't something we have plans for atm but we'll get an eye on the interest on this idea and share if there's any change.

I'm trying to make sure that all appropriate costs have been assigned to Projects, and it's hard enough scrolling through all the overhead items in the unassigned bills report without the nil-value lines showing up at full price
