  2. The edit contact format has recently been changed and I now have to click through multiple tabs to edit and view contact info. This is much more time consuming. I would like to be able to edit and view all contact info on one page.

  3. Xero - in employee section and only those with payroll admin rights can upload notes/documents such as medical certificates/TFN forms/super choice forms etc in the notes section to be able to track this better and with relevant payruns as well

    Hi everyone, wanting to update you all of the teams work here. 

    We're currently investigating work required for delivering the ability to create and save multiple addresses for a single contact within Xero.

    Hi everyone, thanks for joining and supporting this idea.

    We understand there are a few different use cases for why you'd like to attach a file to an asset within the Fixed Assets register, as well as transactions themselves.


    To be upfront our team's current focus, like many areas of Xero, is on upgrading Fixed Asset technology, as we build greater consistency between Xero experiences, making it easier to learn and navigate Xero. Some of these changes may seem minor, but are critical in terms of delivering new and exciting value later on.

    That being said, our team is researching what comes next and this is a focus because it is the most supported idea for Fixed Assets right now.


    As we continue forming the future of Fixed Assets in Xero, we'll share if there’s any updates.

  7. Add feature to automatically follow up on quotes / send quote reminder *days before expiry or *days after quote issued — as there is with invoices. This feature comes standard with most other quoting interfaces.

  8. Allow users the ability to import and export bank rules.

    This would save time having to manually create similar bank rules in Xero, and ease with new client organisation setup

  9. It would be great if we could add ageing on client/customer statements. (Current, 30, 60, 90 days) Many clients have requested that the ageing be displayed on their statements. Current, overdue and total isn't detailed enough..

    Thanks for on-going support and input to the idea here.

    We appreciate the importance of being able to attach a PDF of the invoice when it is sent from Xero and as an immediate action the team have made an update to the behaviour.

    Now, when you send customer invoices from Xero 'Attach PDF' will be selected as a default.

    We're continuing to monitor the feedback and usage in this for consideration of further change.


    💡 To help the team, we’d love some more insight from you all on how the default would best work for your business?

    For example, at an organisation level - where all invoices sent from the organisation could be set to attach PDF? Or at a user level - where each user in an organisation could choose whether invoices they send have attached PDF?

    Hi everyone, over the recent months you’ll have experienced some of the change coming in Contacts with the new Contacts list view that was released in 2021


    We’re still working heavily in this space and the team have been continuing to iterate on the List View page and developing the Create/Edit view for a contact. 


    While foundational work is the primary focus for the team at present, new functionality like notes as you’re asking here aren’t in scope yet.  

    Keep sharing interest and feedback, so we can continue to consider as opportunity arises.

  14. Ability to have separate ‘Reply-to’ email addresses within the same Xero organisation.
