To automatically reduce the RDO accrual when an employee has taken paid leave such as annual leave

It is super painful to have to manually adjust this each time, this option is available for allowances but not for leave types like RDO. Can this please be fixed ASAP, as we scale we will need to move to another platform if this can't be remedied by Xero
