Xero Subscriptions - Split PDF invoices by client (not subscription type)
It would be great if Xero can change the PDF format of partner monthly subscription invoices by customer rather than subscription type.
This way the PDF can be forwarded to our Xero Blue practice file as a draft bill and hopefully the AI will extract each customer subscription as a separate line item within the bill so we an easily assign each line as an expense to each individual client.
Then the billable expenses will come through correctly when we raise sales invoices in XPM that integrate with our Xero Blue practice file as a draft invoice.

GoCardless in Xero: Expand direct debit auto-match
I have used both the old & new GoCardless/Xero integrations. I thought the old one was great from an automation perspective if you were able to automate contact creation and this would automatically match the direct debit with the contact.
Unfortunately, the new integration is quite restricted and an auto-match will only be done if the DD mandate is created directly from an invoice in Xero. This makes things very difficult from a scalability perspective and makes the new GoCardless/Xero integration unworkable. Xero Projects - Time tracking browser extension
I use Xero projects for freelancing and invoicing my clients and I track my time with the time tracker. For that, I need to open Xero or my app which takes time. Freshbooks had a time tracking extension which really worked great and I miss it so much. Is super easy and I can pause/ start the counter with just one click.

Xero Login - Authenticate with Face ID on desktop
Hi Xero. I can log into Xero on my phone using facial recognition, but it's not available on my desktop, why is that? Should be easy to do, right? Current MFA whilst necessary is cumbersome, facial ID is simple and safe.

Xero Central support - Allow Admin staff to view all xero support cases for their organisation
I use other apps where, if staff submit a case request, I can view it automatically without the need of manual sharing (that xero does).
Its important that admin staff can view all xero case support messages that is submitted by staff - especially if the staff isn't going to stay with our firm.
Its very frustrating to continue on with a xero support case that only exist on a work email of a staff that no longer works for us.

Fix the Xero apps glitches
Fix the Xero apps glitches.
Currently any bills with line items that have more than 2 decimal places that are approved in the app CHANGE THE PRICING ON APPROVAL - Makes a rather large function of your app not fit for purpose.
I have contacted support but they cannot tell me anything other than its been sent to the appropriate team to review.

Bills - Bill.com Settings within Xero
I've been using your Bill.com integration for the last couple of weeks and I already had to reach out to Xero support twice to make a simple change in Bill.com settings. This requires the user (me) to open a case in Xero which subsequently has Xero support open a case in Bill.com (and then Xero support going back and forth between Bill.com and the user).
There should be either:
a settings page within Xero for all the Bill.com settings and variables or,
Ability to have credentials on Bill.com to update the Bill.com settings.

Xero Support - Provide phone support
Please offer phone support. You still continue to have many people being frustrated at the lack of phone support you provide. As paying customers and given the substantial fees you charge customers should be able to ring you when they need to. Often the online responses we get from your customer services people are too complex for them or their English is not good enough to be able to understand the issues.

Xero Me - Allow employees to self-service change of address
Xero Me - change of address - employee can lodge a notification through Xero Me to payroll for your change of address. The change could be approved by the payroll administrator and it immediately updates Xero, then an email would be sent to the employee to say the change of address has occurred. This would reduce administration time, spelling errors in address and encourage employees to keep their details up to date.

Xero Uptime - Access
Having Xero being available 24/7 - yep, basic availability - uptime.
When I log in I want Xero to actually be online and to be able to log and do what I need to do, without having to get pages displaying telling me to come back later.
I don't want to come back later, I want to get this administrivia over NOW so I can get way from the computer and go out and have a life.
Every time this happens and I can't access Xero and get what I need done - because the system is down…

xero version 2022
We chose xero because it was competitively priced and had all the features that we required as a small business. We trade in EUR and GBP so have to take the professional product. 2 years ago it cost us 39.60 GBP per month. In September it will cost us 43% and include a range of swanky features we have no intention of using. How about including in your product range the 'xero 22' - a stable product that worked great for so many people. The alternative is an unrecognisable product with equally mystifying price tag.

- Inactive jobs, still showing in the list although its in the different section, in my opinion the inactive project should not show up at all, should make the same like employee list where there is a dongle to show inactive Projects.

Files - Automatically include specific file attachments when sending from Xero
Ability to automatically attach a file to all invoices when users send an email out from Xero.

Hubdoc - Prevent Hubdoc publishing supplier bills before Xero lock dates
Please stop Suppliers Bills from being published in Xero if the bill date is prior to the period lock date!!!!
I only found out last night that Hubdocs will still publish a supplier bill with a date prior to the Xero lock date, this is crazy and I'm unsure why anyone would want Hubdocs to do this.
If you could add the option in Hubdocs to stop bills from being published in Xero prior to the lock date that would be awesome as it will ensure the integrity of end of period reports.

UK Payroll - change the standard password, set by Xero, when emailing payslips
Ability to change the standard Xero password when emailing payslips.
Purpose - if emails were hacked, the current standard password (initials & birthdate) set by Xero is easily guessed. It should be possible within Xero to change this standard password.
