You can send a list to your Xero account manager for them to bulk delete them.

The access to Business/Timesheets where staff can see the overview of everyone's timesheets should be able to be restricted as a matter of urgency.

This would be a great improvement to NZ tax returns. The lines should be able to be dragged and dropped. So time consuming to re-type them all when you want to move something or add a new item high up the list....

Hi team! We've been following the conversation here and appreciate you taking the time to explain the need for this feature.
We understand you’re looking for a way to change the default setting for the ‘Show journal on cash basis reports’ checkbox in manual journals, so that it’s unticked, and that having this box ticked by default can create inaccurate cash basis reports, which is particularly challenging when you’re correcting entries or dealing with a high volume of journals.
We may look into this with a finer lens further down the line, but want to share that there's no immediate works planned to enable changing the default for whether a journal is Cash basis.
As many of you have noted, right now you'll need to manually untick the box for each journal entry.
If any change is planned for this we'll be sure to share with you all, here.

Thanks for your interest in product ideas and sharing on the search for Jobs with us here, Jean. Appreciate why you'd like search results to show whether or not a special character like a macron has been entered for the search.
While we don't have immediately plans around this we'll keep an eye on the interest for this here, and share if any plans are made.

We have many clients with similar names and it is impossible to see which client the recurring job relates to without opening the recurring job.

We are changing the name of the groups to "ZZ - J Smith Ltd". This pushes the inactive groups to the bottom and while it doesn't help the grouping situation in XPM but does keep the group together in our external document management software.

This would be very helpful within XPM. Also we have switched our document management software and because we have been deleting groups for archived clients we cannot search for archived documents at a group level.

An email to the subscriber or an alert at the top of Xero HQ would be great – maybe three days before the transfer is due to expire and then again after it has expired. Thanks.
