Hi everyone, as another step toward improving history of new invoicing you'll find you'll now see an entry when an invoice is sent, and the email address it has been sent to.
We appreciate this is something we've heard a fair amount of feedback on and we hope helps in your journey to using new invoicing.
We still have more enhancements on the way for history and I'll be back again when more updates land.

Hi community, thanks for your interest on this. While being able to move a Tax Return to another job is something we may look to do later, it's not in the near term plans. For now, we'll continue to collect and monitor your feedback, and share if there's any progress.

Appreciate the interest and hearing the use you have in seeing integrated apps your clients have connected.
As some will have received communication of some time back - we made the hard decision to retire Explorer in Xero HQ from 12 April, 2023.
Right now, if you'd like to see the apps a client has connected you can open the Xero organisation, go to settings and select Connected apps.
While this is something we may consider developing elsewhere in Xero HQ down the road, it isn't in the teams plans right now. We'll continue to track interest here, and let you know if there is any change surrounding this to share. Thanks

An error occurred while saving the comment Jean Sutherland commentedIf the losses are entered into XPM into the Losses tab under Tax Statements Summary then they do carry forward into the following year's tax return. However it seems ridiculous that these have to be manually entered to a separate table - every other software I have used has picked these up automatically from the prior year tax return keypoints.
Then, to make matters worse, the losses tab also has a section for excess residential rental losses and excess imputation credits but these do not carry forward into the following year's tax return.
This manual process risks these losses being overlooked.

Hi everyone, coming back across the idea here we wanted to clarify existing behaviour.
When you remove a staff member from HQ this automatically removes all org access, as long as those orgs are linked to client records, and as long as the client records are active (not archived) - Meaning you don't need to manually remove access to each org one by one.
The few cases where you would need to manually remove one by one would be if a client is archived or an org is not linked to a client record at the time of staff removal.
We intend to improve this experience and provide better visibility of staff access in the longer term, so when there is more progress on this I'll return to update you here.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jean Sutherland commentedThis would be very helpful within XPM. Also we have switched our document management software and because we have been deleting groups for archived clients we cannot search for archived documents at a group level.

Have just found that this has gone. It was so useful to see what apps our clients are using. Please reinstate.
