Appreciate your feedback, Alvaro. I know you originally shared your comment on this idea however I've just turned your comment into a new idea, so we can separately gauge interest in being able to delete a draft period. Hi team, we appreciate our customers that have been using our Global Pay Run feature, however we cannot extend use of Global Pay Run past 23 July 2025.
To make sure you have access to your pay run data after the product is removed from Xero on 28 April 2026 we must have enough time to archive and store it.
We’ve been offering Pay Run to our Global Edition customers since 2011 to provide basic payroll functionality. However, over the years, we’ve focused our efforts on making solutions available which offer enhanced features and a deeper integration with the Xero platform, such as Xero payroll in AU, UK and NZ and other solutions available in the Xero App Store. Hi community, we really appreciate your feedback on this and hearing why you'd like to be able to change the organisation's name that's shown when sending invoices from Xero.
This is on our teams radar, and is something they may look into longer term however we want to be open that it's not in the current roadmap.

Hi everyone, we wanted to provide a quick update on the idea to enable reconciliation of credit card expenses directly within Xero Me.

Thank you for your candid feedback and engagement on this idea. The good news is we're actively working on a complete rebuild of this report on our new reporting platform ✨. This project is a top priority and is specifically designed to solve the issues you've raised. The new report will automatically pull in filed return amounts, allow you to drill down into transactions, and always show a correct, cumulative unfiled balance. We're in the development phase, and we’re also actively gathering feedback on the ability to make manual adjustments in the new report, which we know is a critical requirement. We are committed to delivering a report that makes this essential part of your workflow easier and more reliable. We'll be back with another update as we make progress 😊

With our reimagined navigation this is something our product teams considered closely, however there is a bit of work involved to achieve what's being asked and we want to be open it's not in the roadmap right now. Aah I see what you mean now, and appreciate you sharing more detail, Anna.
In terms of the original idea, you can reply directly to the email update you received about the status if there is extra detail you'd like to share with the team - In this case I've merged your original idea with this one to keep the information all together.
We don't have immediate plans for this, but will keep considering how we improve their efficiency when engaging and sharing feedback. We'll track the support here and share if there are any updates. Thanks

Thank you for your engagement and sharing through product ideas, everyone. While we appreciate wanting more flexibility and detail in payroll reports, with payroll development quite separated for each region, and to help our product teams best understand the data that would be most useful for our customers we're going to close this idea and recommend starting ideas for the specific fields that would be helpful in reports and why you'd find this useful.

Hi team, appreciate your feedback on the new navigation and though we don't have any immediate plans around changing the placement of global search we'll continue to track the interest for this here.
While not exactly the solution you're after, to save you clicks you could instead use your key board to type '/' which'll automatically open search for you 😊

Hi Faadhilah, thanks for raising the idea about introducing e-invoicing specifically for the UAE. With the government’s timelines and deadlines coming up, we understand how important it is for businesses there to have a streamlined way to comply.
Xero already supports e-invoicing in other regions where this has become a regulatory requirement. While we can’t share any definite plans about when or if this will be available in the UAE just yet, your idea status is currently Gaining support. This status means the community team has reviewed it, and now it’s open for votes and comments from users like you.
Getting more votes and detailed feedback from the community helps bring attention to the demand and shows the product team where to focus next. If you haven’t already, adding more context about how e-invoicing would affect your business day to day would be really valuable. The more insights the team…
