Thanks for the feedback, Steve I've passed along your compliments to our support team too.
Out of interest is there anything in particular you'd like to be able to download your support conversations for? e.g would you be wanting to share these somewhere else or file them somewhere to have on hand? This'd be great to share back with our team.
For the time being, as you might've found (though a little manual) - you can copy & paste the detail of a support case internal an external document such as Google Docs or MS Word.

Hi Sam, appreciate you sharing this idea — we understand where you're coming from.
Being able to quickly see your Xero subscription plan from within your organisation’s settings would definitely make things easier. Having to jump to a different section just to check your plan or see what features are included isn’t ideal, especially when you’re trying to make quick decisions.
At the moment, this info isn’t shown in the Organisation Settings, but you can view your plan by going to My Xero from the main menu and clicking on the Subscriptions tab. That’s where you’ll find your current plan and any add-ons.
This idea is now in the Gaining Support stage. If this change would make things simpler for you, feel free to vote or leave a comment — your feedback helps us understand what matters most and where we can improve.

Xero currently fails the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This means that people with accessibility needs are locked out of being able to use Xero effectively.

A quick scroll through shows that Xero fails a number of criteria, such as:
- 2.1 Keyboard Accessible (for example, on the new bills page, tabbing through the page includes tabbing through the search bar, and when you tab through the date fields this causes today's date to be included as a filter, which cannot be immediately undone using the keyboard without tabbing through to another field)
- 2.4.7 Focus visible (if you tab through the page, can you see what you've tabbed to? Xero fails on the invoices page)
- 1.4.12 Text spacing (I'd really like to reduce the spacing between columns in tables, to increase the readability, but I can't figure out how. Compact view helps with the distance between lines, but not enough, and I can't figure out how to change that)
- 1.4.8 Visual presentation (the ability to switch between compact and regular view is not available on all pages)I can't say that the WCAG cover all situations, and there's certainly a bunch of best practices with regards to presentation that aren't specified in the Guidelines, but they are the bare minimum to ensure Xero is not in breach of the Disability Discrimination Act and to ensure that people like me can use the product they're paying for.

We're interested to understand the interest in being able to add multiple emails to a clients record, for the purposes of setting these up for different purposes.
It would be great to hear more detailed feedback from our partners on the particular purposes you'd want to set up emails for and how this would help you through Xero's practice tools. Thanks!

Hi Cath, when you say you have to log out and then into the other org, are you using 2 separate Xero account logins?
Appreciate not the ideal solution but you could use incognito mode atm, to open the organisation you need to reference?

Incognito mode is the wrong thing to use for this - I have browser profiles set up in Chrome at work, and each browser profile can have a separate datafile open without having to use multiple different browsers.
I've attached a screenshot of what pops up when I click on the little user icon in the top right of my Chrome menu bar.

This would be incredibly useful right now - when sending out the usual message to employees who hadn't yet submitted their leave for the EOY period, I asked those who might not have enough to talk to payroll or to the relevant manager, so that we could work things out. I then separately flagged with that manager who I thought was going to be in trouble, so that they could be prepared to deal with potential issues.
One of those people booked leave such that they would have been in deficit for the next six months if they take it all, and having to acknowledge that they would be in deficit would have at least alerted them that they'd be having a chat with the manager if they went through with it!

Thank you for the automated suggestion to look at your page 'The Long and Short of it'. Unfortunately, the way the page loads and has so many moving things means that it's not Accessible either. I have already emailed your Accessibility team about that particular page, back in September.
